Unable to Activate Licence

Unable to Activate Licence (N/A)

I have just purchased the Contacts module.
When I try to activate licence I get the following error:-

An error occured when talking to the license server. Error Message: Unable to connect to the remote server

How can I get around this?
We have a proxy server which might affect things.

Sorry fro the delay, I missed the notice of the in email.

Contact us using the details in your license purchase, or via the contact form from our site. Advise the purchase email address and details of the domain you are running the module on. We will then either activate at our end, or send a manual license file.
